DekhoBiz is a local business directory and promotion platform where businesses can create profiles, get discovered, and run local ads using credits.
Who can add a business on DekhoBiz?
Any genuine business owner, shop owner, service provider, professional, or authorized representative can add a business listing.
Is adding a business free?
Yes. Creating a business listing is free. Users also receive signup credits and can earn more credits by completing their profile.
How many credits do I get after signup?
New users get 10 credits once after signup.
How do I earn 50 credits from my business listing?
Complete your business profile to 80% or more and submit it for admin approval. After the listing is approved or published, 50 credits are added once.
How much does advertising cost?
Ads cost 20 credits per running day.
What can I do with 60 credits?
60 credits can run one ad for 3 days.
Can I buy credits?
Yes. Credits can be purchased through WooCommerce checkout when online payment is available. Manual top-up is also possible through admin support.
What if online payment is not working?
Manual payment and top-up are always available. Contact admin to add credits after offline payment verification.
How does referral work?
Share your referral link, referral ID, mobile, or email. When a new user signs up using your referral, both users can receive referral credits according to DekhoBiz rules.
Can I refer myself?
No. Self-referrals and duplicate rewards are blocked.
Can I edit my business listing?
Yes. Owners can edit their listings. Some changes may require admin approval before becoming public.
Why does my listing need approval?
Admin approval keeps business information accurate, useful, and safe for visitors.
What is KYC or business verification?
KYC helps verify that a business is genuine. Verified businesses may receive stronger trust signals on DekhoBiz.
Can duplicate businesses be added?
Duplicate listings using the same business name, phone, email, or WhatsApp may be blocked to keep the directory clean.
Can I delete my listing?
Yes. Deleted listings remain recoverable for 7 days. After that they move to a delete queue or trash process.
Can I reactivate a deleted listing?
Yes, within 7 days of deletion from the dashboard.
Can I add deals or offers?
Yes. Business owners can submit deals for their own businesses. Deals become public after admin approval.

DekhoBiz is launching first for Narmadapuram district and nearby connected cities, then expanding across Madhya Pradesh.
