Payments, Refunds & Advertising Policy

This page explains how DekhoBiz credits, ad requests, campaign approvals and promotional placements work.

Credits

  • Ads are planned around wallet credits. The current standard ad cost is 20 credits per running day unless changed in admin settings or a special campaign offer applies.
  • Credits may be earned from signup rewards, listing completion rewards, referrals or purchased through supported payment options when enabled.
  • Credits are platform promotional balance and cannot be treated as cash unless DekhoBiz clearly states otherwise.

Ad approval and image rules

  • Submitting an ad request does not guarantee approval. Ads may be rejected for poor image quality, misleading content, prohibited claims or unsuitable targeting.
  • Accepted creative sizes include 1200 × 628 px, 300 × 250 px, 728 × 90 px and 1080 × 1080 px depending on placement.
  • Ads should clearly represent the business, offer or service and should not misuse third-party brands, copyrighted content or false claims.

Refunds and cancellations

  • Draft or rejected ads should not spend credits. Credits are intended to be used only when an ad is approved, scheduled or active.
  • Refund or credit reversal requests are reviewed case by case for duplicate payment, failed campaign activation, technical error or admin-approved cancellation.
  • If a payment fails but money is deducted, the payment provider/bank timeline may apply before the amount is reversed or verified.

No guaranteed results

  • Ads improve visibility but do not guarantee leads, calls, sales, reviews, rankings or business growth.
  • Business owners are responsible for responding to enquiries and fulfilling any offers, products or services promoted through DekhoBiz.
