- We may store basic technical details such as IP address, source page, browser context and submission time for security, spam prevention, audit and support.
- If you manage a listing, we may store owner, claim, credit, referral, ad, deal and dashboard activity related to your account.
How we use information
- To create, review and manage business listings, contact enquiries, lead captures, claim requests, reviews, reports, ads, deals, credits, referrals and customer support.
- To prevent duplicate listings, protect city-specific data, detect spam, improve platform reliability and respond to user or business-owner requests.
- To show relevant business information publicly when it is intended to be part of a listing, deal or advertisement.
Sharing and visibility
- Public business information may appear on listing pages, category pages, city pages, area pages, deals and ads.
- Private lead, owner, account, support and moderation details are used for platform operations and are not sold to advertisers.
- When a customer intentionally sends an enquiry, relevant message/contact details may be shared with the business being contacted.
User choices and deletion
- You may request correction, deletion, account support or listing support using the Help, Contact & Grievance page.
- Business owners can manage available listing details, credits, referrals and communication preferences from the dashboard where available.
- Some records may be retained where needed for fraud prevention, payment records, legal obligations, platform safety or dispute resolution.
