Using DekhoBiz

DekhoBiz helps people discover local businesses, services, offers, contact details and business information in supported cities.

Users should use the platform responsibly and should not submit false, misleading, abusive, illegal, spammy or duplicate information.

DekhoBiz may update the product experience, page structure, listing format and platform rules to improve reliability, safety and usability.

Business listings

Business details must be real, accurate, city-connected and suitable for public display.

During soft launch, new listings are accepted only for Narmadapuram. Other cities may appear with a lock until the rollout expands.

Duplicate listings may be rejected, merged, hidden, or converted into a claim request.

DekhoBiz may review, edit, format, approve, reject, suspend or remove listings that are incomplete, misleading, duplicate, unsafe or not relevant to the platform.

Claims, reviews and reports

Business claim requests may require verification before ownership access is granted.

Reviews should be genuine, respectful and based on real experience.

Reports about wrong information are reviewed and may be used to correct phone numbers, addresses, categories, opening hours or ownership details.

Deals, credits and ads

Business owners are responsible for the accuracy of deals, offers, prices, terms and validity dates they publish.

Ads use wallet credits and require approval before running. Credits improve promotional visibility but do not guarantee leads, calls, sales, rankings or conversions.

DekhoBiz may reject or stop ads that are misleading, poor quality, illegal, unsafe, duplicate or unsuitable for users.

Accounts and platform rights

Users are responsible for keeping account and contact details accurate.

DekhoBiz may restrict accounts, listings, leads, reviews, ads or deals if misuse, spam, fraud, duplicate activity or policy violation is suspected.

DekhoBiz is a discovery platform. Final transactions, service quality, delivery, warranty, pricing and customer support remain the responsibility of the listed business unless clearly stated otherwise.
