This Business Information Policy explains how DekhoBiz collects, displays, updates, corrects, verifies, hides, or removes business listing information on the DekhoBiz platform.

By using DekhoBiz, submitting business information, claiming a listing, requesting corrections, or browsing business listings, you agree to this Business Information Policy along with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. Purpose of DekhoBiz

DekhoBiz is a local business discovery platform. Our purpose is to help users find businesses, shops, professionals, service providers, agencies, institutions, and local services in different cities and areas.

DekhoBiz is not the official website, legal representative, agent, partner, employee, or spokesperson of any listed business unless clearly stated in writing.

A business listing on DekhoBiz does not mean that DekhoBiz owns, operates, verifies, endorses, guarantees, recommends, or certifies that business.

2. Sources of Business Information

5. No Guarantee or Endorsement

A business appearing on DekhoBiz does not mean that:

• The business is verified by DekhoBiz

• The business is currently active
• The business has approved the listing
• The business has claimed the listing
• The business has provided all displayed information

DekhoBiz only provides a discovery and listing platform. Any transaction, communication, service, purchase, visit, appointment, payment, dispute, or relationship between a user and a listed business is strictly between the user and that business.

6. Contact Details Policy

DekhoBiz may choose not to display sensitive or direct contact details such as phone number, WhatsApp number, email address, or website unless the business owner claims the listing and provides, confirms, or verifies such details.

If contact details are shown, they may have been provided by the business owner, authorized representative, user submission, or publicly available source. DekhoBiz does not guarantee that any contact detail is current, correct, active, or owned by the listed business.

Business owners may request correction, hiding, or removal of contact details by submitting a valid request.

7. Claiming a Business Listing

A business owner or authorized representative may request to claim a listing on DekhoBiz.

After a claim request is submitted, DekhoBiz may ask for reasonable verification information, such as:

• Business owner name
• Business email or phone
• Proof of ownership or authorization
• Business registration information, where applicable
• Website, social media, invoice, board photo, shop photo, or other supporting proof
• Any other information required to verify the claim

DekhoBiz may approve, reject, delay, or request more information for any claim request at its discretion.

8. Correction and Update Requests

DekhoBiz may remove, hide, limit, de-index, or modify a listing if:

DekhoBiz may require verification before removing a listing to prevent fake removal requests, competitor misuse, or unauthorized changes.

DekhoBiz reserves the right to retain limited internal records for compliance, fraud prevention, dispute handling, audit, or legal purposes.

10. User-Submitted Information

By submitting information to DekhoBiz, the submitter confirms that:

DekhoBiz may assign businesses to categories, subcategories, cities, areas, pincodes, and nearby locations based on available information.

These classifications are for user convenience and search organization only. They may not always reflect the exact legal address, operational area, official business category, or service coverage of the business.

DekhoBiz may update categories, slugs, area names, city names, and location mapping at any time.

14. Owner Responsibility After Claim

After a business listing is claimed, the business owner or authorized representative is responsible for keeping the listing accurate and updated.

This includes business name, address, phone number, WhatsApp number, email, website, opening hours, services, pricing, photos, and other business details.

DekhoBiz is not responsible for losses caused by outdated or incorrect information submitted or not updated by the business owner.

15. No Liability for Business Dealings

DekhoBiz is not responsible for:

• Quality of services or products offered by listed businesses
• Pricing, availability, delivery, refund, or warranty issues
• Fraud, misrepresentation, poor service, or disputes between users and businesses
• User decisions based on listing information
• Incorrect, outdated, incomplete, or publicly sourced business data
• Third-party websites, phone numbers, WhatsApp numbers, emails, or links
• Losses caused by reliance on business information displayed on DekhoBiz

Users must use their own judgment before dealing with any business.

16. Abuse, Fake Claims, and Misuse

DekhoBiz may reject, suspend, block, or remove any listing, claim, edit, user account, or submission if we believe it is:
